Forgot Your Password

Sun Life SecureMail provides a way for you to login to your account if you forget your password.  To accomplish this, you will need access to the e-mail address associated with your Sun Life SecureMail account.  Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

1. Access the Sun Life SecureMail login screen through your web browser.
   https://webmail.sunlife.com/.
2. Click HERE. to reset your password
3. Type in the e-mail address associated with your Sun Life SecureMail account.
4. An e-mail message will be sent to you with an embedded web link.  Follow the instructions in this e-mail message to reset your password and gain access to your account.
